TGG endeavor to keep all personal information private and will not divulge this information unlawfully to any 3rd part inline with the privacy laws of South Africa. Any information collected will only be used to complete and fulfill your order. Your information may be used for marketing purposes (to market our products & services directly to you), upon your consent. We may disclose your personal information if required by law to do so, or if you violate our Terms of Service.PAYMENT
TGG do not store any of your payment instrument details. When making use of any 3rd party payment gateways, your payment instrument details are not shared with TGG. Should you have any issues with your bank of the payment gateway operators, kindly take it up with them directly, since we cannot act on your behalf. Please do not make deposits into our account - only use EFT or the installed payment gateway options. If neither of these options are available to you, please contact us to arrange an alternative beforehand.
Shipping
We make use of a courier company for deliveries. Paid orders received before 10:00 am in the morning for normal working week days, will be handed to the courier company for processing on the same day. Local deliveries (in Port Elizabeth) should be delivered on the same day, and other major centers in South Africa within 1-2 days. Remote areas can take 2-3 days for delivery. Please note that we outsource deliveries and therefor do not have direct control. Tracking information is provided for all orders shipped to assist you in tracking delivery progress.
Returns
Please note that products ordered and shipped are under normal circumstances not returnable. Please contact us if you are unsure. The cost of return will be for the customer account, unless TGG made an error with your order.
Consent
By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age as required by law to buy and use products on offer from TGG. You also confirm that you are responsible to take the necessary care in the safe and responsible use of products supplied by TGG, including keeping such products out of the reach of children. You furthermore confirm that you are fully aware of the risks involved with vaping, e-cigarettes, e-liquids & nicotine.
